Description: BIGHEART Ministries has been feeding the homeless & needy for 27 years. BIGHEART serves holiday banquet
meals to the homeless on the Plaza in front of Dallas City Hall in downtown Dallas on the Sunday before
Thanksgiving, on Christmas Day, on Easter Sunday, and on Independence Day, July 4th.

SCHEDULE
7:00 A.M. At City Hall Plaza: set up tables and chairs, sound stage, food tables, and volunteer
check-in tables.
9:00 A.M. Music Ministry begins. Call BIGHEART Office to schedule your group.
10:15 A.M. All volunteers final check-in for assignments at Volunteer Check-in table.
Easter Sunday message by Don Hart. Prayer.
11:00-11:30 A.M. Seating and Serving begins.
1:30 P.M. Close serving line, begin to pick up and pack up.
2:00 P.M. Return to Ministry Center at 4209 Samuell Blvd. to clean up.
